User Report

Is it possible to pull a report of the number of users who have logged into JIRA over the last quarter?  I don't see an export option on the User Management screen.

You can export the whole user list (or specify groups), then filter it through your preferred CSV (sheets, excel, etc). 

You can't directly query for a subset of users by last-logged in using the Atlassian Admin page, which is where the CSV comes in.
