I am in the middle of writing an internal document for new starters/onboarding and one section is around adding a user to Jira and Confluence. The UX is so astonishingly poor I simply find it unfathomable how it has not been streamlined at this point. What is "People" and why doesn't it do anything in terms of access? I'm sure there will be people pointing out things and ways I am explaining the process wrong or missing something, but the fact I am doing it wrong and missing anything in the first place is a red flag as surely it should be obvious.
Anyone know a better way?
