Hello team,
a user is still not getting notification from JIRA even though she was added to the JIRA users and added her in the respective project.
Could you help on this.
Hi @Syed Shafiul Basher and welcome to the community!
I edited your question and removed the personal data as well as the email address. This is a public forum, and I guess you don't want that information just being here forever on the internet. Can you give us more details about the situation with the user, the project configuration, what notification they should get but they are not, etc.
Best, Max
For context, even though one of the employee was added to confluence and Jira during her onboarding, added to appropriate groups, she is unable to receive notifications from JIRA.

This is still very vague. What kind of notification is expected, and what do the user's personal settings look like? And just an easy one: Is a notification sent out to other users but not this one, for example, a mention of multiple users in a comment. Just as a thought, if you have two identically configured users, you test them side by side and then realize that only one of them receives the notification, then the reason may well lie outside of Jira. Here's a helpful documentation article about troubleshooting notifications (or the lack of): Troubleshooting why a Jira user did not receive a notification from a ticket while this user was expecting to receive it
It says it applies to Data Center only, but many concepts are similar, and it contains good pointers.
Best, Max
