User unable to log in via SSO/Microsoft

We have a user with no changes to his account who cannot use SSO right now for some reason. He receives an error "Your specific Azure Active Directory configuration is not currently supported." This is untrue, he could log in yesterday. No changes have been made to SSO or group membership.
