I'm trying to figure out how to understand across the entire company the success of certain users... I'd like to know, for example, how many issues each user changed to "resolved" and how many issues each user changed to "closed", over the last two weeks. What's the best way to accomplish this? I've tried a dashboard gadget with a complex JQL... Maybe can be done, but I haven't figured it out, yet. I've looked for report plugins, and haven't found something specific. Definitely not wanting to spend $200/mo for just this bit of information.
Hi @Sean M
As other users already suggested, indeed, an app is what would fully alleviate your pain.
Our app Dashboard Hub for Jira - Custom Charts & Share Reports simplifies data visualization and reporting, allowing anyone in the team to create powerful dashboards and custom charts regardless of technical skills.
It can do everything you're looking for, plus more things, like sharing reports with protected links, saving hundreds of hours in reporting [customer success story] and for 70 users, it would be $84/mo.
I suggest trying it free for 30 days without any charge or compromise :)

Hope it helps, feel free to ask any questions.

I hope I can help answer this today. I typically as an admin recommend https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1220925/custom-charts-for-jira-reports-and-jira-dashboard-filter?tab=overview&hosting=cloud
This app does it all and very easy to use. You can use filters or JQL advanced statements.
I typically don't use the internal reports gadgets in the dashboards but some of them are very useful.
With advance requirements the custom charts for Jira does it all. I would try that and see if it works.
All Market place apps get a 30day trial so you can see if it works for you and if it doesn't just uninstall.
If you go to pricing it should give you a price based on your user count estimate.
With your use cases I would really give this a try. If this helped please select that it answered your question. If not lets keep the talk going.
Kind regards
Aaron

Have any other suggestions/ideas? For 70 users, it's going to cost $170/mo. Again, hard to bite down on ~$200/mo, a significant % of my atlassian bill, for some extra reporting features that only a few of us will use.
