Users not logged on for a long time in Jira.

I am running out of Jira Licenses and need to clear down some users that have not logged on in the last 3, 5 or 6 months in to Jira from the User console, what is my best approach please with out plugins

You can export a user report to analyze the last login date of your users. Then you can simply deactivate the old users. Don't delete them as they my ask to be reactivated.

Looks like this is the Cloud site. We're still on Server, hoping to migrate soon. Is it possible to export in server?
