Users unable to signup jira cloud account

Hi Team,

 

I have invited multiple users to join jira cloud but when they are entering user is password it says something went wrong .

 

Please find below screenshot for your reference.

Please help us to resolve this issue ASAP.JIRA Signup error.JPG

Hi @kudukuntla.shekar 

This can be related to user licence limits.

To check whether you've reached active user limits:

  1. Go to https://admin.atlassian.com/
  2. Press "View Site Bill" next to your site
  3. Select "Manage Subscriptions" from the left-hand menu
  4. Check if any of your Atlassian products have no available space for new users

^ If you have run out of user licences, you will need to either upgrade your account or deactivate other users.

Note: If one product has no licences left, you can customise your invite to give an invited user access to just those products with available seats. See below instructions to manage product access for previously invited users.

You can also check the users have product access:

  1. Go to https://admin.atlassian.com/
  2. Press "Manage Users" next to your site
  3. Search for one of the new users and select them
  4. Ensure "Has access on site" is toggled to ON, and user has access to at least one product. Product access can be managed from this screen.
