Using locked fields ?

Hi,

I created a new screen and occupied that also with a few locked fields. However, when creating the issue, I don't see those locked fields on the screen? 

Should this be possible so is mistake likely mine or this just cannot be done?

@Jouni Riimala please check the screens are associated with screen schemes and issue type screen schemes correctly or not.
