Virtual Suggestion Box

Does anyone know how to create a Virtual suggestion box within Jira? We had one at my last company and I would like to set one up now.

I've seen it done a couple of times, essentially the admins set up a project that anyone could create issues in.

But have you looked at https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/product-discovery ?
