Visual notifications directly in dashboard

Hi, tell me please if it's possible to get notifications in other ways than email and bell icon in jira cloud dashboard, like it's shown in the attached image:

If you use Automation rules you can set up all kinds of different notifications by Slack or Teams as well as email:
