Waiting for customer

Terrance Teoh January 11, 2016

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Defining status field values

Hi,

The initial "Waiting for customer" Category was "No category"

Unfortunately I was playing with it and managed to change it to "Done".

How do I change it back to "No category" ?

Thanks and regards,

A status has to be in one of the 3 categories - To Do, In Progress or Done. It was in "No Category" because it was created before status category was introduced in JIRA, in one of the recent versions.

In your case, 'Done' doesn't make sense. You might want to 'edit' the status and change the category to 'To do' or 'In Progress', whichever is appropriate!

Hi Jobin,

Thank you for answering.  I am going with In Progress for now.

Best Regards,

Terrance
