We are having problems setting up the Mail Handler in System - Incoming Mail

When sending an email to the configures Catch Email Address, Issues do not get created in the configured project.

The test button available when editing a Mail Handler config gives me the following message

Messaging Exception in service 'com.atlassian.jira.service.services.mail.MailFetcherService$MessageProviderImpl' when getting mail: B3 BAD User is authenticated but not connected.: B3 BAD User is authenticated but not connected.
The connection is no longer open, messages marked as deleted will not be purged from the remote server: outlook.office365.com until the next run.

Thank you we applied Resolution 1 (we had properly done all others) and it worked,
