What happens to "can’t be pinned" data after data residency move?

Hi,

I have read the documents about data residency move. Is that true that all of the "can't be pinned" data will simply not be moved, but the connection between this data and the "pinned" data will still exist? Will the user notice any difference after the migration? Will some data be lost?

Hi @Yunni Lu Welcome to the Atlassian community.

The "can't be pinned" data won't be pinned but there will still be a connection between the pinned and the unpinned data.

No data will be lost after pinning.
