What powerful (and reliable) reporting tool can handle large volume of issues (tasks/subtasks/etc)?

I will be grateful for your advice on owerful (and reliable) reporting tool can handle large volume of issues (tasks/subtasks/etc)?

(with no server errors and clash between plugins)

I'd try:

1. Better Excel Exporter (if you want those reports externally in Excel)
2. EazyBI (if you want those reports internally within Jira)
3. ...or the apps that periodically send Jira managed data to external BI systems. There are apps for PowerBI, Tableau, etc.

All these should be able to deal with fairly large amount of data.

Thank you Aron, These tools are quite good, 
I use Eazybi quite extensively, but there should be an easy usage tool for using table joins (Parents and children, issue links etc.) and have reports on their results.
Eazybi certainly gives that capability ,but it is not easy to use by "common people"
