I am trying to create new Initiatives in my Advanced Roadmap, but cannot see the boards at the bottom of the list. All the boards have been setup correctly to ensure that the issue types/issue type screens/workflows have been set to the standard template we use.
I have gone through our closed/nlr boards and archived them to assist in both keeping the project pages tidy and to remove these from the selection list. The filter for the roadmap has been written to exclude the daily backlog boards - so to capture the in-flight work only.
There are 75 live initiatives built from the 105 live boards (some of the boards are milestones within the initiative) - is this the issue? Do I have to remove more boards in the filter?
@Brant Schroeder
Thank you for reaching out.
I've just re-visited this and want to try something else out before I dive further into the abyss on this, if that's okay,
But while this has been on the backburner, I've discovered a workaround but it's not ideal (as you can imagine). I go into the Plan Settings, Issue Sources and then add the boards to widen the search. Once the Initiatives are created, I then remove the adds and all is viewable.
