I have been asked to add a reopen status to our workflow. I have done that however once I have done that I want the ticket to then transition to the TO DO status. I am really not sure how to do this. I have attached the workflow
You will want to do it something like this. Be sure to clear the resolution in the post function on the reopen transition.

Create a transition from Done to To Do set a post function to remove the resolution value otherwise it will still show as resolved. Any value in the resolution field is considered resolved.
