Hi,

Yesterday we imported a lot of worklogs from csv to JIRA. They are appeared in the history (image attached) but not in Tempo.

Do you know the reason for this behavior?

Thanks a lot.Capture.PNG

Hi @Sandra Carrillo

When importing worklogs via csv, you are importing them directly to JIRA. From there, the information needs to be synced to the Tempo. This sync can take some time.

In case the worklogs are not your own, can you please confirm that the worklog owner can view these worklogs in his "My Work" view? If so, you might not have permission to view the worklogs of other users (https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KB/pages/1797652489/Cannot+see+other+users+worklogs).

In case the problem persists, can you please create a ticket in our Tempo Support portal, https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6, so we can better investigate this.
