me and my time can't access jira software site (mohamedjira123.atlassian.net).

when i try to access the site the following message is appeared 

Your Atlassian Cloud products are suspended

Your subscription for Atlassian Cloud hasn't been renewed.
If you're a site admin, go to admin.atlassian.com
View site bill to update your payment details.
Kindly i need help ASAP. i'm on the standard plan and i can't downgrade to free plan or even make a payment for the standard plan because the option of manage the product is deactivated

Have you tried following the instructions it recommends on the message you copied, in relation to your payment details?

If yes, and you cannot access your billing, I'd contact Atlassian Support - https://support.atlassian.com/

Yes i tried. but with no benefit as all solutions lead to the atlassian support.

i have already contacted them. do you know how much it takes to resolve this issue?

As Dan said in the other answer thread, given it's a weekend you might need to wait until the start of the working week.

You may want to reach out to Atlassian support, they should be able to help you with brining your instance back.

thanks. how much it takes from the support to resolve this issue ? As i need a solution ASAP

Hi @Hossam Elrefaey

Depending on the severity of the issue will depend on the SLA given to the ticket. However, since it is a weekend Atlassian will also be on reduced staff so likelihood your ticket will not be looked at until Monday at the earliest.

 

With this type of error the only way to have it resolved is with Atlassian support.
