backup copy in my local for Jira Cloud

Hi there, 

I would need to make a backup copy in my local  of a entire site. It has several projects. I do not know how many ways there are to make this possible.I understand I would have to do this by projects within the site?

An what about for the confluence spaces? 

Any help would be really appreciated

Once you have this backup, how would you expect to use it at a later date?

Are you wanting to be able to restore individual projects back to your site?

Are you wanting to be able to restore the entire site?

Are you wanting to migrate the site to another instance of to a Jira Server instance?
