Hi,
I understand that you are using the Burnup Chart, but find that for some projects the default view of this report is to state that there are no estimated issues in this sprint.
I was able to recreate this behavior in my own site, but in order to do this I found that one of the boards in my project has a filter that is setup to pull issues from two different projects onto a single board. This can be a factor here as each project and board can potentially use a different estimation statistic for issues. In my own case, the default of that chart is to try to use Original Time Estimate. However for that particular sprint I know that the issues within them are not set to use time estimates of minutes, hours, days, etc, but rather to use story points.
If you the story points metric from the second drop-down on that page and choose Story points, does this help to display the information that exists on those issues within Jira? I suspect that this is due to the default expecting issues to be estimated before the sprint is started. That is how Original Estimated Time value is set. If you're using story points though, this chart is not expected to display any original time estimate values for those issues since story points are expected to behave differently than exact time measurements.
Is this helpful?
Please let me know.
