Jira Service Desk project in a Jira cloud instance.
When I click the linked issue button it gives me a large drop down menu of all the different ways that one ticket can relate to another...
It currently defaults to the top option in the menu which is "this epic supports ...."
but in our service desk project we don't work out of project-based epics much so I am usually choosing 'relates to' or 'duplicates'
Can I change the order of this drop-down menu and which option is the default?
Will this change affect other projects within our instance as well?
(ie is the linked issues menu the same across all projects?)

I’m sorry, but I don’t think it is possible. Links are global and there is no such configuration to set the order.
