can't see the code screen on the sidebar

i've enabled the code screen,  but still can't find it in the sidebar (under development).

in addition, my Jira is linked to bitbucket via DVCS account.

i will be more than happy to get you help to complete the integration in order to see the brunch and commits list in Jira.
