delete status from workflow

Just to be sure:

I have a status in a workflow. That status is also used in other workflows.

If I delete it from my workflow, does it remain on other workflows? 

(I'm aware that before removing I have to make sure that the workflow in not active)

Hi Jeroen,

Correct - removing the Status from a workflow will not affect the other workflows where it might exist. But only remove it from within the workflow.
