how to disable double scroll in add-on?

Hello, we ran into a problem that all of the add-ons in our Jira have a double scroll - one from the Jira and one from the add-ons. The one added by the add-on is a useful scroll, and there is no question about it, but the Jira scroll is completely useless because it scrolls a couple of pixels lower and there is nothing there except white space. So my question is, how do I turn off this unnecessary Jira scroll? As far as I understand, it's a bug of Jira itself, is it going to be fixed?

the external one is the browser scroll depending from the page size, the second one is the item scroll defined within tempo's page. There is no way to disable one of them.
