how to set automation rule if any team member does not update his work log till 5 PM every day in Jira then received an automated reminder mail.

i have the same rule but i run it every day at 8AM to check for the tickets that were closed the day before, however you can adjust it the way you see fits to your needs.
also my condition under the IF should be adjusted based to your needs, as for this example i added all options (label/component/team)
