impedir que se creen más subtareas desde un estado

¿Alguien podría indicarme si es posible impedir que se puedan crear subtareas una vez que la incidencia se encuentra en un estado en concreto?

Parece que esto debería ser posible con el uso de Propiedades de flujo de trabajo, pero aún no he podido hacerlo funcionar.
