jira mail handler has unprocessed messages

Hi Team,

I wanted to setup JIRA mail handler to create an issue in JIRA whenever mail is sent to particular email id.
I have setup incoming mail  and also added mail handler. The test connection for mail handler is successful. 
But the issue is not created in jira. Can you please suggest what needs to be done further?
