unable to import issues from CSV/Excel to Idalko Table Grid Editor, in Jira Server.

Column mismatch error i am getting .

same thing working on data center and cloud ,only in Jira server getting this error

Hi @Malli_tech1993 ,

it is weird because data center/server versions are very similar. Please provide more information about error and logs or try to contact the vendor through https://support.idalko.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/5
