I have downloaded zephyr utility and currently use Zephyr scale for Test Management. When I enter our URL and my usernamd I get an unexpected response 405 error message. I have tried and can't login, the password field also looks to short to enter the number of characters I have in my password. The team have now resorted to using Spreadsheets again as this is hopeless.

Hi @Ghalib Sheikh ,

I assume you are not using the API token for the password.

  • Run the Utility and enter the following information:
  • Now click on "Connect" and the Utility establishes a secure connection to your Cloud instance and retrieves the list of JIRA projects
  • Pick the project you want to import your tests into.
  • Select the Excel tab and now follow instructions on how to map and upload your tests which can be found in the Usage section of this page: https://bitbucket.org/zfjdeveloper/zfj-importer

Also, you can use the internal importer utility which is more simpler than the external importer utility.
