use jira fields in automation message

I want to use my custom field "Developers" in a automation rule message text.

This field is a list of users that worked on the issue.

How can i get each users name in my automation rule message text ?

This is not working:

Hi {{issue.developers}}, issue {{issue.key}} has been tested !

issue key is working, but issue.developers is not.

what am i doing wrong ?

Assuming Developers is a multi-select or multi-user picker field - have you tried this: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/use-smart-values-to-access-listed-values/
