which Project match me?

I need a Company Managed project for Marketing to be setup in Jira.

Purpose :

During fall we will start working with an agile growth process in the marketing team. The idea is that we should be able to collaborate cross-functionally between teams with the focus of solving problems. This means we need local marketing functions, product owners, developers, IT and sales to have access to our project so that they can be tagged/added to issues.

Goal:

The ultimate goal is to increase transparency and productivity. It will also help us take initiative when it comes to increasing the performance of our web entities and local marketing initiatives as it will become easy to know what's going on in the market as well as follow up, repeat successful initiatives / share them cross markets.

Why don't you create a Jira Work Management project based on one of the Marketing templates?

It really depends on what you want to do with it. If you want simple to use with extra features like Forms, inline editable Lists, and a built-in Calendar (as well as a very limited board), then you should use JWM. If you want power and flexibility with a little more complexity to create and maintain, then you would use JSM.
