Can't access to JIRA

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I had an account with JIRA and Opsgenie (email-id : ac@spotrix.in for both) , but right now I can't access JIRA. Where as I can access Opsgenie till now. I can login to account but it takes me to the page given in 'photos'. Help me to proceed to JIRA.
