Custom fields disappear when reimporting.

When imporiting a .csv and doing field mapping, I have the need to create custom fields (as opposed to the system wide custom fields).

During the import process, after mapping fields, I need to use the back button on the application, and I lose all my custom fields. I would think my previously defined user fields for this import would be saved.

Custom fields are created during import, i.e. after you click the Begin Import button for the last step.
