Sorry for the delay, but if you or someone is looking for the high-level steps to configure the integration. Below are the steps that I have followed for successful integration.
It's just pretty simple. Just follow the below steps in the same order:
1. I am assuming that your Jira Server is behind your company firewall. If so, please ask your networking team to provide a method to connect to Monday.com IP address set.
2. Install the "API Tokens for Jira" Plugin (I have used it in my integration).
3. Create a user in Jira with admin rights.
3. Login into Monday.com with the user who has admin rights.
4. Create a connection with the same credentials which you have created above.
5. Create a Scenario with the above-created connection.
6. All your data based on your filter in your Monday Scenario from Jira should be in now.
The above procedure is a high-level overview of the integration.
Let me know if you need anything.

Hello Rathna,
I'm Jira admin for Cloud and when I did try to share my API Token on Monday.com, and I realise it's showing all my client's lists when they are supposed to have access to only a single Project. Please advise.
Much appreciated for your contribution.
Thanks.

Hi Guys!
If you're still looking for a solution (better than the native one), we've launched an app in the Atlassian Marketplace.
Thanks to that app, you're able to integrate Jira projects with the Monday.com boards, 1-way or 2-way, with attachments, comments, custom fields, statuses, and so on :)
The app is available here (If you need DC/On-Prem version, it's available directly from us for now): https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1225780/monday-com-jira-integration-2-way-sync-migration?hosting=cloud, you can also read more about us here.
Or reach out to me directly jacek@getint.io :)

Hello @Malcolm Manuel
@Rathna is right, it's a simple process, you create an API token for the first integration only. Then you can simply add integrations with a few simple clicks.
See

Hope this helps.
Cheers

Hi, @Melvin Elendu any idea about how we can restrict clients from accessing all Jira projects? after setting up API [Jiram Admin] in Monday.com client is able to see other projects as well. I guess this is happening because the user's API shared is an admin and has access to all Jira projects.
Thanks.
