Hello,
we want to implement a "Service Catalogue" in JIRA, but we are not aware about any plugin or module for JIRA. We tried to install Ephor plugin but it's more oriented to “asset management”.
Could you recommend us any plugin for Service Catalogue?
Thank you,
Hana
Hi Hana,
We have a lot of customers using Insight as a "Service Catalogue" in JIRA. It integrates with JIRA Service Desk, the agile boards and Confluence so it's a pretty rich solution for a service catalogue.

Hi Tommy,
We are using Insight as a CMDB along with JIRA service Desk. How would we setup a Service Catalog that customers could easily use ?
Riada Insight manual ( version 4 ) alludes to exactly this scenario but oddly instead of being expanded and improved in later versions they have removed it completely from version 5.5

I think this situation is a classic example of a really useful benefit to a business and helps promote JIRA further than just IT.
Any ideas

Try the following
- use Insight for Assets like Software, Server, Licence and ices
- use Jira-SD for tasks around the services (You can integrate insight easy in the workflow)
- use Confluence for service-documentation like onboard, first step, how-to, operations

Hana,
Did you end up creating a Service Catalogue in JIRA?

Hi
I am no expert, but we are using JIRA Service Desk and that has a customer portal which allows you to display services available to customers in a service catalog style.
