I'm dealing with a question about if its possible to migrate from FastTrack – Easy Worklog Reports (Jira) (V2.4.3) to cloud "Report Builder" and I don't get to find any information.
Does anyone know if there is already a migration process defined?
Thanks in advance
Diogo Espírito Santo
automatic migration is not available, but we can help you to do it manually, please contact us at https://actonic.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/8
We are always happy to help :)
Hi Andrei, if we go forward and the customer actually wants to migrate we will definitely do it.
Thanks Andrei and Andy for your support on this matter.

Hi Diogo,
I understand that you are looking to migrate Server to Cloud Jira data and in the process are concerned about the FastTrack plugin data. I am not certain if this data is automatically imported if performing a complete restoration (XML backup file), this is the method that I would try to use first as it should be possible in theory. You might need to install the Reporter Builder app to your Cloud site though before performing this import.
It appears that FastTrack was renamed / rebranded into the Report Builder according to https://www.actonic.de/en/fasttrack-is-now-report-builder/
I would recommend reaching out to the plugin vendor here to determine their own recommendations for migrating this data. It might be different than the method I have suggested here. Their customer support portal for the Report Builder app can be found at https://actonic.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/8
Cheers,
Andy
