All worklogs have disappeared from Tempo timesheet even though it is activated
Members cannot submit hours on an issue either
Other posts have suggested it could be an indexing issue with Tempo
This is the second time its happened but the first we've had trouble recovering it
Please advise if you have any ideas!

The tempo support portal is not allowing me to login/ recover credentials so I cannot write a support ticket.
Is there a number a can call do get this sorted out as it is urgent for us?

Unfortunately we do not provide support over phone, it is only provided through the support portal.

You could also create a new account with a different e-mail address.
