@Helen Wright Well I know the process for getting back a card you accidentally archive. Maybe you can try this and see if it works for getting your entire board back?
Click your bell notification icon in the top right of any board. Then you'll scroll down to the bottom to see activity. You should see your activity from when you deleted your Kanban/Project board. When you see it click on it and the card will come up. At the very bottom you'll see a red delete button. Right above that is a button called "send to board". Click that and it should go back to your board.
