I created a label and used it for a ticket. Other users won't see my labels they have to recreate it eveytime and to make sure we see it in our filters we have to copy paste everytime.
I see some time ago people had this issue. Any other people have this issue in 2025?
And how can i fix it?

Welcome to Atlassian community!
Please note Labels in Jira are global and, in theory, should be visible and reusable by all users across the project once created. If the label field is not present on the screen or is restricted by field configuration, some users may not see or use it. Could you compare your access and the users access along with the screen and field configuration?

@İclal Aslan -- If that is still not working as expected and as described by @Chitra Nagdeo, perhaps work with your Jira Site / Product Admin to submit a ticket to Atlassian Support to take a look. They can do that when you are on a paid license level.
