Hello -
I am trying to build a project in Jira Service Desk that reaches out to users and prompts them to fill out specific fields. I'm trying to make this project tailored to our HR department, in order to capture information from new hires.
I see that when I add new customers to the project that they receive an email letting them know they've been added to the project along with a link to the project. This is good, however, there is no place for me to edit the wording of the email notification sent to the user.
The default email notification is attached here. Also attached is the list of Customer Notifications, which does not include the option to edit the wording of the email notification sent to new customers.
Does anyone know if it's possible to edit this initial email notification to the user? It would be really helpful if I could prompt the user to do specific things in this project. I'd be grateful for any help or insight. Thanks!
Hello @MAG-II
I see you found this, https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-1386.
You simply can't edit it, for now...
