Certification freebies or Discounts for Spain?

Do we have in Spain discounts or free certifications for Jira and Confluence in Spain? What about Trello? 

I know some companies like Microsoft, Google, AWS... are making agreements with the government or foundations to get the certification for free. Any Jira partner companies in Spain that can offer something similar?

   Not as far as I know, but it is true that some companies help or pay the examination fees to their employees, if you work in Spain
