Change email domain for managed users - moving to new company

Hi,

Our company has been sold from one entity to another.  It's currently a managed domain and we'll likely move to another.

I've seen how-tos for verifying a domain etc but I've not seen anything about moving one domain to another.  I don't really care about the URL - that can keep the old name, changing the email addresses and ensuring the users can keep their history my priority.

Any help appreciated!
