Commits Matching on Wrong JIRA Issue Number

Our cloud Jira is pointing to both cloud and server bitbucket. We have an issue with the link pulling commits for the old project and commits in server.

For example: we have a new project in the cloud with the key "123." We have a Jira issue "123-999." Our old server project was "12345." The cloud issue "123-999" shows commits from "12345-999."

This seems like a bug unless there is a way to change how the matching occurs.
