I need your assistance. Do you know if it's possible to make a field mandatory when an issue is flagged? I created a new field to describe the reason for the impediment, such as priority, changes in business rules, and others. This field is a list select type. When my team flags an issue, I want to ask for this additional information.

The closest you might be able to come to that is with the ScriptRunner Behaviours app. But not sure where they are with custom fields yet.
Another workaround would be to setup a transition screen and make the user do a transition to Flagg an issue. Then on with that transition, you would add a validator for Field Required to force the field to be populated.
