×I am setting Jira Automation rule to send out email upon each version release and faced with the problem that email is sent but never received when "To:" field contains more than 1 google group email address.
When there is only 1 group email and some other regular email addresses, everything is fine.
Is it a bug on Jira Automation?
you should open a vendor ticket
@Zaur Suleymanov I experience a similiar problem, I have a google group which includes two other groups and it seems there is no email received at all. Did you raise a ticket or found a solution?

@Kilian Müller I did not raise a ticket. I had to type in all email addresses manually asap to make this rule working.
