I want to automate adding different forms

I have one singular request offering that I need it to spawn 3 subtasks and each subtask to have a different form attached. I first tried branching to create each subtask with an attach form action but by the time it creates subtask 2 and 3 it has attached the form from subtasks 1 and 2 to the subsequent tasks. Do I need to split into 3 automations?
