No projects available to users.

Few users don't any see their projects in their login. But, role of the users respectively users, administrators. 

As a admin, i can enter into their account and see the projects. Just wondering why those users not able to see the projects. 

This issue happening from last 3 weeks.

Cloud has been having ID problems over the last couple of days.  People not appearing in groups they are defintely in, which, of course, affects permissions.  I suspect it is that.

Check whether the user has the browse project permission? for those respective projects or not? if so, then where these users are not able to see the project?

Yes, they have permission.
