Dear Experts.

I am seeking your help with regards to post activities of project creation [so far i have been managing already created projects from other and now i got an opportunity to create a project from the scratch]

I have already created workflow and configured project as well.

Now, i would like to know the complete process. 

post workflow, workflow scheme is already done.

I have created custom fields which i need to configure for this project, say custom field name is financial year, I have configured with project but this not displaying onto screen. 

please guide me for further on Field configuration,Field configuration schemes.

Hi @Manoj ,

Hope you have gone through the field configuration page.  if not please go through the page and also go through the related page links form the same page. 

Please go through the Defining a screen page for related to screens documentation and also go through the project screens schemes and fields page for more information related to screens and screen schemes.

Hi Manoj, 

Add Financial year custom field to the specific screen in the project. So that the field will appear on the edit issue screen and create issue screen. If that field is a text field, then provide input to that field. So that it will appear on the view issue screen.

btw I am not using default screen may be because of this reason it is not reflecting but not sure. 

I have given another name and i believe i need to configure it with custom fields? right.

please suggest.

Hi Manjo,

Can you please check once on the field configuration page if "Financial year" custom field is hidden or shown that is associated with the project. If it's hidden please click on the show button on the field configuration page. And also make sure you have added this field to all 3 default screens like create screen, edit screen, and view screen that is associated with the project. And also make sure that field is having some value.

Hi Kumar, Hope you are doing good. they way you had suggested i did the same and i got it done as well. Thank you so much for your kind response. 

One thing know, I just noticed while updating jira ticket,Summary field is missing,how can i get this to my screen? seems i have not configured this. 

Please suggest.

I have created a custom field named- Financial year, but it is not displaying in my project?
