Hello Friends !
I am using the JIRA provided by my company for solving tickets raised by users.
Now I am have to continuously refresh the JIRA page by manually clicking the refresh button
for new tickets and its very tiring.
Is there any way or any add on by which I can get the JIRA page refresh itself in 2 3 seconds so that new tickets are visible to me.
BR,
Durgesh
I don't know anything that does that, sorry but you can use a browser extension and a good one.
You can created a filter with an example JQL of:
created >= startOfDay(-3) AND status = Open ORDER BY created DESC
This finds all Open issues created within the last three days and puts the most recent at the top.
Then create a new Dashboard, add the gadget of Jira Filter and use that saved filter. While creating it, there is an option to refresh the page, minimum is 15 minutes though.

Hi Durgesh - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
I am not aware of anything within Jira that can force that refresh. There might be something with a browser extension or setting, but that is beyond my expertise.

Hello John !
Yes I have used the Chrome Browser extension - easy auto refresh - this is an add on to the chrome browser.
Problem with these add on is that it refresh 'complete page' at certain interval but this makes browser slow and sometimes hang my desktop, instead of that I needed something which can refresh just the ticket column by hitting the small refresh button
which is provided in the JIRA page itself.
If you can help me some add ons or bundle add ons from which I can chose or select, will help me alot.
