Can I define a rule for account name field?

Based on reporter I want the account field will be filled automatically.

I want to define a rule which set the account differently per each reporter.

Is that possible?

Its not going to be possible to do this in JIRA Cloud.

With JIRA Server, you can leverage the Script Runner add-on: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.onresolve.jira.groovy.groovyrunner
